XP League is a youth esports league with ~300 players across 20 locations spread throughout North America. The primary goal is to bring structure, positive coaching and guided instruction to an otherwise unstructured activity. 67Deville is the league manager for XP League Falls Church which operates in the Code Ninjas center in Falls Church, VA. I'm also a parent, coach, and avid gamer.
We have volunteer parent coaches as well as high performance gaming coaches that assist players with skill improvement and matchplay. All coaches are PCA double goal certified and have national background checks.

The number of national and local players is growing and we anticipate adding additional teams as the seasons progress and then expanding to additional locations as we add teams and players.
